By using a glass component, rather than a plastic component, we ensure that not only maximum daylight is captured, but also that the integrity and clarity of the roof dome surface is maintained for many years to come, as glass is inherently resistant to damage from UV.
We also provide a 'plug in' thermal insulation component, for all SunTubes in our range, the EcoPower element. This brings our standard product up to Passivhaus / EcoHouse standards of thermal efficiency, and greatly assists with the overall energy saving credentials which our SunTubes provide to both our residential and commercial project customers
