- These Terms apply to all purchases made via our website, email, or telephone.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on our website.

3. Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation. A contract is formed only when we accept the order in writing or dispatch the goods.
- We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and clearly stated before payment.
- Payments must be made in full before goods are dispatched.
- We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and other methods shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of ordering and are subject to change.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
- Please inspect goods upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damage or missing items.
6. Returns & Cancellations
6.1 Consumer Right to Cancel (UK Distance Selling Regulations)
- You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason.
- To cancel, email sales@intura.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and at your own cost.
6.2 Returns of Custom or Special Orders
- Custom-made or special-order products (e.g., bespoke rooflights) are non-refundable unless faulty.
- Any cancellation must be made before production has started.
6.3 Faulty or Damaged Goods
- If you receive faulty or damaged goods, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
7. Warranty
- Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 10 years on SunTubes – see individual product pages for specifics).
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or neglect.
8. Limitation of liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business.
- Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
9. Intellectual property
- All content on our website (text, images, product descriptions, designs) remains the property of Intura or its licensors.
- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
